As soon as we receive your order, a confirmation will be sent you by given email. All our packages are handled by Courier Company and will be delivered within 2 -3 working days. Each and every movement of your order will be notified to you by given email. We only deliver door to door (to the buyer directly). All packages will be delivered free of shipping cost in UAE. It is very essential to sign upon delivery to make sure that you have received the package on time.
REFUND/RETURN POLICY
“Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment”. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.
